Denis Ginn’s photography career was borne out of his love for travel, when he first began tentatively taking photographs nearly two decades ago whilst spending a year soaking up the beauty of the Greek islands, Italian countryside and Swiss mountains.
Based in Cape Town, Denis specializes in corporate and commercial photography.
Besides offering a professional and creative service to corporate clients in South Africa, he continues travelling internationally, photographing corporate incentive programs and conferences spanning the globe from Hawaii to the Canary Islands.
His South African clients include, among others, the University of Cape Town, Rennies Travel, Go Tourism, Rand Merchant Bank, Dragonfly Africa and Edcon.
About Denis
Denis created DMG Photography in 1999, initially photographing University of Cape Town graduation ceremonies and student galas, and thereafter progressed on to creating images for many weddings and functions.
Through the development of a series of photographic courses, Denis taught technical knowledge and creative skills to budding photographers for a period of five years, sharing in much joy and personal growth with the participants.
Further to a gradual specialization in South African-based corporate and commercial photography, Denis began travelling internationally in 2005. He currently partakes in many overseas assignments throughout the year, including covering on behalf of corporate clients and their guests, diverse events such as the Wimbledon Tennis final, Monaco Grand Prix and golf at Gleneagles.
